WHEN Oriental Hearts and Mind Study Institute (OHMSI) executive director Dr. K.J. John did his doctoral studies on world views at George Washington University in Washington D.C. in 1993, little did he realise that it would lead him to be a social activist committed to creating what he calls ‘Dignity in the Worldplace.’
Worldplace was a term coined by him as he tried to relate it back to his doctoral thesis, “Dignity at the Workplace.”
