BUKIT MERTAJAM: A police report has been made against a 50-year-old supermarket chain director for allegedly embezzling more than RM1.5mil belonging to the company.
Bukit Mertajam OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Anil Shah said the director was said to have failed to deposit the supermarket's takings into the company’s bank account between July 7 last year and Feb 28 this year.
