FASHION came up north at Gurney Plaza in Penang during the Fashion Gala Night which showcased the newest apparel from five Malaysian designers who have been making waves in Kuala Lumpur and internationally.
Held last Friday in conjunction with the shopping centre's 5th anniversary, the fashion show saw the latest creations from Melinda Looi, Donna Chew, Villiam Ooi, Beatrice Looi and Carven Ong being modelled on the catwalk in a bid to penetrate the northern market.
