SOME 400 teachers who turned up at the Star NiE’s (Newspaper-in-Education) ninth anniversary hi-tea celebration (northern region) were given an eye-opening demonstration by stylist Peter Lum.
Lum gave some grooming tips on the right way to wear a tie and how to choose make-up colours to suit different skin tones.
