Panel to help rural Malays


NIBONG TEBAL: A special committee formed under the Rural and Regional Development Ministry to look into the problems of rural Malays in Penang will provide skills training and career opportunities for the poor. 

Deputy Minister Datuk Zainal Abidin Osman said the committee would also ensure that they get basic amenities such as water and electricity supply.
