AN encouraging 84 respon-ses touching on all sectors, including public transpor-tation and land use, were received during the public display of the Draft Pe- nang Structure Plan (2005-2020) that ended on Sept 30.
State Town and Country Planning director Mohamad Zaki Ibrahim said those who responded included indivi-duals and non-governmental organisations.
