THE Public Works Department (JKR) has shown a high level of commitment in improving its services, Penang Public Works, Utilities and Transportation Committee chairman Datuk Koay Kar Huah said.
Koay, who stated this to clarify an earlier news report, said his statement during a recent JKR function had been misrepresented.
