SHELLFISH menu will be the order of the day for two weeks ending on Aug 15 at Kim Ma Chinese Restaurant. Favourite shellfish dishes cooked in various preparation styles will be made available by chef Roy Wong and his team. Among the types of shellfish recommended are mantis prawn, Scotland Clam and Coral Clam. Besides this promotion, the restaurant also serves dim sum on every Sunday from noon to 2.30pm.
