PENANG: Gerakan president Datuk Seri Dr Lim Keng Yaik, who had made it known that he will step down as party chief next year, said it would be sometime between April and October.
This is the first time that he has stipulated a specific time frame for his deputy, Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon, to take over the helm.
