SUCCESSFUL street food hawkers seldom reveal their winning recipes. But whatever little information they shared was tested and improved by recipe developer Debbie Teoh. 

Teoh’s cooking skills acquired from her Penang Nyonya mother's side of the family and her own collection of recipes came in handy when the task to write some 40 Penang street food recipes fell on her shoulders.
