Three chefs and a good time


THE world is just a “whisk, mixing bowl and apron” away when you go globe-trotting with chefs Lam Hock Hin, Boni (better known as Bonaventura) and Kelly Brennan in a fun-filled cooking class tomorrow.  

The “journey” at Hilton Kuala Lumpur begins in China with Chynna's chef Lam before Brennan takes over with her Australian cuisine. The day's culinary journey ends with Boni who promises sweet endings with his Traditional Italian Cafe Tiramisu.
