KUANTAN: Twenty students from a secondary school here were selected to participate in a community project jointly organised by Kuantan Municipal Council (MPK) and Celcom (M) Bhd.
The programme, listed under Local Agenda 21 (LA 21), involved Form Two and Form Four students and two teachers of SM Abdul Rahman Talib.
