FARMERS' failure to send their buffaloes for annual vaccination was the reason behind the death of their animals in the Perak Tengah district.
State Veterinary Services De-partment deputy director Dr N. Krishnan said this was also the main cause of the recent outbreak of haemorrhagic septicaemia (HS) in the district.
