BUS stops on Penang island are in pathetic condition. Most bus commuters interviewed said they were willing to close an eye to the ugly bus stops if the authorities have the political will to improve the bus services.
A 65-year-old woman said she was willing to stand in the sun and rain as long as the bus arrived on time.
