THE first day was warm and sunny while the second day was cold and wet during the recent Royal Malaysian Police Dragon Boat and Kayak Championships 2006 held at the Teluk Bahang Dam in Penang.
Yet, neither the heat nor the pelting rain did anything to diminish the determination and enthusiasm of the 312 participating police officers, personnel and trainees from various parts of the country.
