THE Petaling Jaya Municipal Council (MPPJ) has started issuing summonses against residents who do not dispose of their household waste and garden refuse properly.
State exco in charge of housing, building management and squatters Datuk Mokhtar Ahmad Dahlan said the council would take court action against those who fail to pay the summonses.
