The Entrepreneurial and Cooperative Development Ministry is in the midst of drafting a structure to enable bumiputra contractors to take part in implementing the Industrialised Building System (IBS).
Minister Datuk Mohamed Khaled Nordin said the move was aimed at addressing problems such as delays and poor quality work.
