THE Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant has introduced its new a la carte dim sum menu. There are 40 dim sum items that combine traditional and modern recipes. Diners will be fascinated with the new flavours from items such as Braised Spicy Chicken Feet and Flour Gluten Rolled with Fish Mousse. Several types of porridge and desserts are also available. Complementing these items is the restaurant's signature Eight Treasure Tea as well as three of China's finest teas - Zhuyeqing, Mengshan Maofeng and Bitan Piaoxue. For a minimum of RM60 spent at the restaurant, guests are entitled o order the Stir-fried Tiger Prawns with Garlic & Chilli Sauce for RM2++ only.
