PADANG BESAR: The state Anti-Smuggling Unit (UPP) seized four pick-up trucks with a total of 12 modified tanks containing about 700 litres of diesel.
State UPP commander DSP Rooslan Radzi said the four trucks bore Thai registration number plates.
