IPOH: Four former directors of public-listed rubber glove factory APL Industries Bhd are suing the company and its subsidiary APL Products Sdn Bhd for owing them a total of RM7.895mil.
The four - Foo Wan Thot and his cousin Foo Wan Kong, Lee Son Hong and his wife Too Sooi Keng - had named APL Products Sdn Bhd and APL Industries Bhd as defendants in two separate suits which were heard before High Court Deputy Registrar Norashima Khalid yesterday.
