THE proposed multi-storey car park project at Rifle Range will proceed at a cost of RM11mil.
Quah Kooi Heong (BN – Kebun Bunga) said Penang Municipal Council president Datuk Ahmad Phesal Talib had assured him during a dialogue last week that the project would be implemented.
