Problems with Streamyx online bill payment


I HAVE had Streamyx broadband for over a year and have tried every month, without fail, to pay the bill via the Internet. After completing all the particulars as requested, the instruction says “Click Confirm button.”  

However, there is no “Confirm” button available. The only button is “Continue” and when I click this, the whole system goes off and a message appears that says “Sorry, you failed.”
