Cookery workshop
WOODS, Eco-cuisine is organising a health cookery workshop, “Basic Macrobiotic Cooking,” on Saturday, conducted by June Lim. Participants will learn about the five elements in the universe and how they relate to health. There will also be a cooking demo on how to prepare food for strengthening the immune functions.
