CITY Hall has rejected a proposal to build a broadcasting and multimedia training centre on the controversial Parcel C of Bukit Kiara.
Sources said the local authority snubbed the preliminary proposal from Measat DigiCast Sdn Bhd at a town planning committee meeting chaired by Datuk Bandar Datuk Ruslin Hasan.
