THE dilapidated condition of the 3C (Children's Creative Centre) Complex has been left unchanged despite the situation being highlighted in StarMetro more than a month ago. The cracked and broken window panes are still there.
Bandar Sunway residents are puzzled as to why the RM30mil complex, near the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall and adjacent to SS13 in Subang Jaya, has still not been maintained.
