EFFECTIVE people skills and efficient employee development programmes earned Philips Semiconductors Seremban (PSS) top honours at the recent annual PSMB Conference’s Human Resource Minister’s Award and Human Resource Development Award 2005 presentation ceremony.
PSS was awarded the Human Resource Development Trophy for the “Large Employer” category.
