IT HAS been a difficult 12 years for S. Rathakrishnan’s family, as that is how long eldest son Manesh has suffered from kidney failure.
“When he was schooling, we need not pay any charges for his treatment at the General Hospital but we have been asked to pay for the past eight months,” he said.
