BALIK PULAU: The Consumers Association of Penang (CAP) has urged the government to act against trawlers who encroach into inland fishing areas.
Its president S.M. Moha-med Idris said illegal trawlers had caused inland fishermen's yield to drop signi-ficantly and their income reduced between 30% and 70% .
