PENANG: Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon said it is too premature to discuss who should succeed him as the Penang Chief Minister.
Dr Koh, who is also the Gerakan deputy president, said it was also not timely to discuss if he should leave the state post to hold a post in the Cabinet.
