PLANS are in the pipeline to build 2,000 low-cost and affordable homes, state Health, Housing and Local Government Committee chairman Oui Ah Lan said.
She said 1,000 low-cost units would be built under the Kuala Perlis IV Public Housing project and another 1,000 affordable homes would be built under the Kuala Perlis V project.
