IT’S TAKING so long for the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) to decide on a suitable company to manage the 3C (Children's Creative Centre) Complex that the RM30mil building is beginning to look run down.
Bandar Sunway residents are puzzled as to why the complex, near the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall and adjacent to SS13 in Subang Jaya, is taking on a dilapidated look. It has been left abandoned since its completion late last year.
