The Hilton Petaling Jaya’s Paya Serai Restaurant has flown in three Thai chefs from Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort and Spa to cook up 20 delicious appetisers, main dishes and desserts from today till Sept 16. The recommended main dishes are Gaeng Kiew Waan Gai (Green curry chicken with eggplant and sweet basil in coconut milk), Panang Nuea (Stir-fried beef with red chilli and keffire lime leaves in Panang curry sauce) and many more. The exotic spread is priced at RM59++ (adults)/RM39++ (children below 12 years old) and dinner at RM66++ (adults) and RM46++ (children below 12 years old).
