KAMPUNG Baru Sungai Buloh residents are irked by the indifference of Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) concerning the poor infrastructure and upkeep of the residential area.
More than half the area does not have concrete drains and this has resulted in dangerous erosion of roads, and the stagnant water is a health hazard.
