BUTTERWORTH: The Housing and Local Government Ministry is still fine-tuning the Solid Waste Management Bill which is expected to be tabled in Parliament by the end of the year.
Ministry parliamentary secretary Dr S. Subramaniam said the Federal Government will oversee the overall management of solid waste nationwide under the bill.
