THE Kedah Rugby Association (KRA), with the co-operation of the Kedah Education Department and the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), plan to reform problematic students in the state through rugby.
Association president Datuk Amiruddin Embi said he had talks with the education and police departments to identify schools with disciplinary problems.
