I AM writing to voice my dissatisfaction with the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) on the issuance of parking summons. I regularly park my car in the Intan Millenium Square area and recently have encountered some problems.
On a Monday, I went to one of the parking machines, slotted RM5 worth of coins, keyed-in my car number, took the ticket and displayed it on my dashboard. Everything went smoothly.
