The 482m-long stretch in Upper Penang Road (UPR) is now user-friendly to the disabled.
Penang Municipal Council pre-sident Datuk Ahmad Phesal Talib said the RM4.8mil project, from The Garage in Farquhar Street to the Penang Road-Chulia Street junction, took 10 months to complete.
