‘Taugeh’ chicken a hit in Ipoh

ONE may not be far wrong to think that taugeh (bean sprouts) chicken is almost synonymous with Ipoh. 

Visitors to the Perak capital may even be spoilt for choice as there are so many places serving taugeh chicken which are eaten with rice cooked with margarine or with soupy hor fun (noodles).
