PENANG has been chosen to carry out a ‘waste separation at source’ pilot project targeting residents at Hillside in Tanjung Bungah.
The project is jointly undertaken by the Penang Municipal Council, the Ministry of Housing and Local Government and the Japanese In- ternational Co-operation Agency (Jica).
