THE crowd surrounding the centre stage at the Penang Esplanade field grew bigger by the hour as more people gathered to watch a variety of Japanese cultural performances at the 10th Penang Bon-Odori Charity Festival on Saturday.
A puppet show called Sanbaso kicked off the event. The puppet’s fluid movements under the masterful skills of its puppeteer captivated the audience.
