Anti-drug talk  

A talk entitled “Current Drugs Situation in Subang Jaya” and “How To Say No To Drugs” will be held from 11am till 12.30pm tomorrow at the Subang Jaya Buddhist Association, Jalan Kewajipan, SS13, Subang Jaya. Neighbourly carnival  

A Karnival Jiran Wanita organised by the Rukun Tetangga of Phase 6, 6A and 7 of Taman Melawati will be held from 9am till 6pm today at the Rukun Tetangga centre, Jalan J9, Phase 6, Taman Melawati. The event will be launched by Hulu Kelang assemblyman Datuk Ahmad Bujang.  

Animal quizzes 

ZOO Negara is holding animal quizzes on Saturdays and Sundays till Aug 14 at the zoo’s main entrance. Prizes sponsored by O’Bon include environmentally-friendly pencils and colour pencils. The public is also welcome to take pictures with animals such as hornbills, orang utans and pythons for free. For details, call 03-4108 3422/7/8.
