Improve condition of Intrakota buses

Kuala Lumpur city is served by the Intrakota bus services, while the Metro buses ply the suburban areas such as Klang and Petaling Jaya. The Metro buses are new and the service provided is good, with a bus conductor selling the tickets. 

The service provided by Intrakota is unsatisfactory. I travel by the Intrakota bus every day and the condition of the buses has deteriorated to an intolerable state.
