THE Irresistible Laksa Sarawak is currently being promoted at the Kasturi Restaurant of The Coronade Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The paste for the gravy is made with herbs, lemongrass and shrimp paste. Each serving is loaded with mee hoon, beansprouts, prawns, chicken and shredded omelette. Sambal Belacan completes the dish.
