Well known for its aphrodisiac qualities and soft, tasty flesh, eel can be savoured in several ways, though it is best eaten grilled. Another must-try is the Tomato Baked Broiled Eel – broiled eel and flavourful Japanese mushrooms are mixed together and stuffed into a Japanese tomato and baked to perfection.
