Primary school have been urged to take part in the Doha Asian Games 3km Fun Run to be held at Taman Tasik Perdana on Sunday.
The event, held under the patronage of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) and the Doha Asian Games Organising Committee (Dagoc), has three age groups - Group One for boys aged 12, Group Two ( for boys aged 11) and Group 3 for girls aged 10. This will be the first time such a run is being organised for primary school children in the Klang Valley. Entry is free of charge. The first 100 entries in each age group will receive a Doha 2006 Asian Games souvenir T-shirt and cap.
