GEORGE TOWN: Traffic was bumper-to-bumper even after the usual 8am rush hour on Friday (Aug 26), with vehicles lining up the roads heading to town.
The congestion along the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway began from the Bayan Lepas area and headed all the way to Weld Quay.
