Court upholds acquittal of woman accused of killing eight teen cyclists

JOHOR BAHRU (Bernama): The Magistrate's Court here has upheld the decision to acquit and discharge a saleswoman of reckless driving which resulted in the death of eight teenagers on modified bicycles or "basikal lajak” four years ago.

This was after the prosecution failed to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt.
