Stop spreading fake news on coronavirus or face brunt of the law, says IGP


KUALA LUMPUR: The country's top cop calls on social media users to stop stoking fear by spreading fake news.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador said there were too many "expert doctors" online, who spread news on the novel coronavirus, without checking.
