The Education Ministry (MOE) has endorsed the Nestle Koko Krunch Junior Under-12 Basketball Carnival.
MOE sports division director Dr Mehander Singh, who launched the three-leg carnival in Kuala Lumpur, said development at grassroots was important for excellence in any sport.
