A pharmacy group is continuing its collaboration with savant visual artist Danial Kushairi for its 2026 sampul raya collection, aimed at promoting empathy and self-expression.
Danial is known for his use of vibrant colours in artworks inspired by nature and cultural heritage.
He helped design Big Caring Group’s e-vouchers in 2024.
This time, his designs titled Kampung dalam Hutan and Kampung by the Pond I take centre stage.
The duit raya envelopes are available at Caring Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy and Wellings Pharmacy with a minimum spend of RM30 in a single receipt while stocks last.
The collaboration represented the group’s commitment to supporting neurodivergent artists for a more inclusive community with initiatives such as the 2026 calendar featuring young artist siblings Zayn and Nafeesah, and 2025 sampul raya designs by award-winning artist Wan Jamila Wan Shaiful, also known as Artjamila.
The sampul raya collection was unveiled during a buka puasa gathering with children from Rumah Anak Yatim Shifa in Setapak.
Big Caring Group chief marketing officer Wong Siew Lai said the collaboration with Danial reflected the group’s ongoing commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent artists.
“Following our recent calendar initiative and previous festive collaborations, the sampul raya continues our journey of recognising creativity as a powerful form of expression.
“Danial’s work carries authenticity, perspective and joy. We are honoured to share his talent with our communities,” she said.
Diagnosed with autism, Danial creates art that often reflects harmony and optimism.
He continues to challenge perceptions while demonstrating how creativity can be a powerful bridge for understanding.
His mother Rohani Ahmad said, “Art gives many of the neurodivergent children a voice.
“It’s a way for them to process feelings, find focus and share parts of themselves that words sometimes can’t capture.
“Collaborations like this uplift them, show their talent to the world and affirm that their perspectives matter.”
